Basal Pants - Clay

The Basal Pants take their name from basal roots, which emerge from the base of a plant and anchor it into the soil. The pants are cut in a flattering narrow silhouette in a solid colour.

A hem detail created using guntai shibori introduces a subtle root-like pattern at the base of the garment.

The colour palette : Clay, Green Shoot, Loam, Mineral Peach, Sand, Patina and Ivory is derived from research into soils and the minerals that give them their distinct colours.
