All our products are rigorously checked before dispatching.

Returns

We do not accept exchange or returns unless the parcel is received :

• in a damaged condition due to error in shipment OR
• with missing parts due to error in shipment

To be eligible for a return, we need to be informed with 24 hours of receipt of the product & your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags intact if applicable. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

As a policy we don't offer refunds.

The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs while returning the product. We recommend you to use a trackable shipping service and purchasing a shipping insurance. We would not be responsible for the loss of shipment while returning the product, or damage to the product incurred during the same.
