• All orders containing only “Ready to Ship” items are processed within 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed.

• Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. During promotional periods or high-volume times, processing may extend up to 5 business days, but we strive to maintain our standard timeline.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination address.

• Once dispatched, customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

• “Ready to Ship” items purchased with made-to-order or custom products will be shipped together once all items are available. To receive “Ready to Ship” items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
