SHIPPING POLICY

• Please allow us 21-28 working days, unless specified otherwise to fulfil orders from India. 
• Please allow us 28 working days, unless specified otherwise to fulfil international orders. 
• Once the product is shipped, you would receive an update on your email with the tracking details. 
  
• Any import duties, custom duties or taxes in relation to the shipment that may be liable in the country of final delivery will be borne by the customer.
  

   

   

• Notice for Customers in the United States

  We are grateful for your interest in Studio Medium and your support as we continue to share our work across borders.

  Due to current tariff and customs regulations, orders shipped to the United States may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and fees determined by US Customs. These charges are beyond Studio Medium’s control and must be borne by the recipient.

  Studio Medium is not responsible for delays, duties, or additional costs arising from customs clearance procedures. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept responsibility for any such charges.

  We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

DIGITAL GIFT CARDS

• Studio Medium Digital Gift Cards are neither refundable nor redeemable for cash or credit.

• Lost or deleted Gift Card codes cannot be replaced.

• Redeemable online exclusively at www.studiomedium.in; not valid in Studio Medium stores or with other retailers.

• Gift Card balances can be redeemed over multiple transactions until exhausted.

• If the order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid during checkout. If the order value is lower than the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases.

• Studio Medium reserves the right to amend the terms and privileges associated with Gift Cards without prior notice.

• Gift Cards or vouchers are not valid during sales, promotions, offers, or discounts.
